Spend less time on repetitive work. Give your business more room to grow.
I help small businesses put AI and automation to practical use. I look at how the work gets done, build a suitable solution, and show you and your team how to use it.
That could mean preparing reports, handling information, creating content or connecting tools that currently need someone to copy everything across. Where your website needs attention, I can help improve that too.
You enter the same information into several places.
Reports, emails or content involve the same preparation every time.
Your tools each do a job, but getting information between them takes manual work.
Important tasks depend on you remembering to do them.
Your business has moved forward, but your website hasn't kept up.
As the workload grows, those jobs can leave less time for customers, sales and running the business. We can look at where a practical change would help.
Start with the work you want to improve
You don't need to know which AI tool to buy or have an automation already planned.
We'll look at what's happening, who does the work and where it gets difficult. Then we'll agree a useful improvement with a clear scope.
I'll create and implement the solution, test it with you, and explain how to use it in everyday language. That might involve AI, connecting existing tools or making better use of software you already have.
The aim is to free up time and help your business work better, with improvements that support the way you serve customers and make money.
What we could work on
AI and automation for everyday tasks
AI assistants and agents built around your work - for example, preparing product content, drafting emails or handling the steps in a repeatable process. We'll check what needs a person to review or approve before anything moves on.
Content and product information
Improve the steps involved in preparing descriptions, images, emails or other repeatable content. Agree the style and checks so the output is useful for your business.
Connected tools and clearer processes
Look at where information gets stuck or has to be copied between systems. Build the agreed connection or improve the process around it.
A website that supports your business
Help customers understand what you offer and take the next step. I can build, redesign or improve your website, including relevant enquiry forms and connections to the way your team works.
A website can be the starting point. So can an automation project. We'll agree what you need now and how the pieces should fit together.
These are examples of work we can discuss. The right solution depends on your business, your tools and the problem we find.
How we'll work together
1
Have an introductory conversation.
Tell me about your business and what you'd like to improve. We'll establish whether I can help and agree a next step. This conversation is free.
2
Agree the work and a fixed quote.
We'll define what I'll deliver, what it needs to do, the costs and what I'll need from you. If substantial investigation is needed first, we'll agree that scope and fee before it starts.
3
Build and test the improvement.
I'll do the implementation and check representative examples with the people who will use it.
4
Make it clear how to use it.
I'll walk you through the result and provide appropriate reference guidance. You'll understand the normal steps, the limits and how to raise a problem.
I'll need your knowledge of the business, relevant examples and access, and time for decisions and testing. We'll make those responsibilities clear from the beginning.
About me
I'm Artur Kazusek. My background is in e-commerce and digital marketing, alongside practical experience building AI-assisted workflows and tools.
I enjoy connecting the dots: understanding why a task takes so much effort, finding a suitable way to improve it, and helping people use the result.
That e-commerce experience informs my work, but I also work with suitable service businesses and trades. We'll start with your situation and assess what I can help you deliver.
Project costs and support
The introductory conversation is free. Paid work is quoted at a fixed price once the scope is clear.
For straightforward projects, payment is normally 50% upfront and 50% at the agreed completion stage. Longer projects can have separately agreed milestones. Your quote will explain the deliverables, timing, payment points and any additional tool or hosting costs.
Projects include 30 days of correcting faults against the agreed scope, with the start of that period recorded in the project agreement. I'll handle those repairs. New features and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.
Questions you might have
Do I need to know how to use AI already?
No. We'll start with the task and what you need it to do. I'll build the agreed solution and show you how to use it.
Is this just for online shops?
I work with established small businesses, including suitable service businesses and trades. E-commerce is an area of experience, and we'll assess each project on its own needs.
Can you help with just the website?
Yes. A new website, redesign or focused improvement can be a project in its own right. If it would help to connect the site to an office process, we can discuss that as part of the scope.
What happens if something goes wrong?
I'll explain how to contact me and share what happened. You don't need to work out the technical cause or fix it yourself. The project agreement will set out the included fault-correction period and any further support arrangements.
How long will the work take?
We'll agree a realistic schedule after looking at the scope, access and information needed. You'll know what I need from you and when your input matters before work starts.
Tell me what's taking up your time
Bring a task that keeps coming back, a process that feels harder than it should, or a website that needs improving. We'll talk through the situation and see whether there's a useful next step.
